We are delighted to announce that the doctoral thesis of Jasper Bossuyt, Senior Associate within our Tax practice and lecturer in corporate tax law at KU Leuven (Brussels campus), titled "The Legal Status of Extrinsic Instruments for the Interpretation of Tax Treaties" (1576p.) has been published globally in the Doctoral Series of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).
 
The book thoroughly analyses the legal status of extrinsic instruments in a critical, integrated, and original manner, focusing on the OECD Commentaries and Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
