Simone Nudelholc appointed as a Barister at the Court of Cassation

Simone Nudelholc, who has been a partner of the firm of Liedekerke since 1985, has been appointed as a barrister at the Court of Cassation by Royal Decree of 31 July 2009.

Her appointment means that now two members of the firm are licensed to file appeals on points of law to the Court in civil matters, one of the firm’s founding partners, John Kirkpatrick, having been a barrister at the Court of Cassation since 1976.

Simone Nudelholc specialises in inheritance planning and probate disputes.

Simone Nudelholc has written numerous publications in the fields of private law (chiefly), criminal procedure and issues of tax law in relation to inheritance planning. At the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), she heads up a course on property succession techniques, which is a compulsory part of the additional master’s course for the profession of notary public and an option for the second master’s degree in law.
