Dear clients, friends, and colleagues,

The safety and well-being of our colleagues and clients along with our ability to ensure continuity of the best possible service to you, are our top priorities.  We have therefore instituted a variety of precautions based on guidance from local and global public health organizations.  As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) unfortunately continues to affect our global community,  I personally want to inform you that we are closely monitoring the situation and have taken rigorous measures to ensure that we are able to face the challenging weeks ahead.

Our robust remote IT systems will allow us to continue to assist you.  We want to assure you that we are ready to continue a dynamic approach to this complex, evolving situation to ensure we are implementing sustainable safeguards for our colleagues and clients.

Apart from hygienic measures, we have also :

-           actively instituted remote working and encouraged our lawyers and staff to work from home;

-           temporarily suspended all client events and non-essential meetings;

-           restricted non-essential travel and where needed instructed self-quarantine

-           have implemented additional measures so that, if needed, we can close our physical offices without business disruption.

You can rely on us for advice and assistance in the challenging times ahead of us. We have set up a dedicated COVID-19 client task force, in order to provide you with advice on commercial, financial, corporate, labour, regulatory aspects of the health crisis and how it affects your business.

We are always available to speak with you. You can contact our task force directly by clicking here: Christel Van Den Eynden - Paul Geerebaert.

We wish you all best.
