Liedekerke names Wim Dedecker as partner

Belgian law firm Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick is delighted to announce the election of Wim Dedecker to the partnership, effective 1 January 2020.

Wim is a member of the Corporate & Finance Group in Brussels. His practice focuses on debt and equity capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including PE and VC work) and corporate governance. He regularly acts for listed companies and investment banks.

Wim graduated in 2009 with a law degree from the University of Antwerp. He subsequently obtained a master of laws (LL.M.) from the University of California Berkeley (2011) where he was a Fulbright scholar. He also studied at the Université Paris Descartes (2009).

Before joining Liedekerke in 2018 as Counsel, he was an associate in the Brussels and New York offices of a leading US law firm and in the Brussels office of a magic circle firm.
