Vincent holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) and a degree in international law from the University of Brussels (ULB). In addition, he has a degree in finance from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven). Vincent has been an attorney since 1990 and has been a Partner at Liedekerke since 2001. He was a member of the firm’s board of directors for six years. Before being appointed Managing Partner, he was the head of the firm’s Labour and Employment practice.

Yves Delacroix heads up the Real Estate Practice at Liedekerke. He joined the firm in 1990 and was made Partner in 2000. He has extensive experience in handling large real estate transactions and related commercial contracts and construction law issues. Vincent Busschaert points to a number of special priorities for the firm: “We firmly believe that our profession should take an increasingly industry-specific approach and we will continue to invest in developing multidisciplinary groups and deploy our talents so as to uphold our reputation for excellence in a changing marketplace. We want to evolve much more to being partners along with our clients and to continue to offer them innovative, tailor-made solutions.”
