Hakim Boularbah, Head of the Liedekerke Litigation and Arbitration Department, appointed Professor of Civil Procedure at the University of Lige

Hakim Boularbah, leading lawyer in the fields of litigation and arbitration has been appointed professor at the University of Liège were he will teach Civil Procedure as from September 17.

At the same time, he becomes the new occupant of the prestigious Civil Procedure Chair, previously occupied by professors Albert Fettweis and Georges de Leval.

Hakim Boularbah will continue to teach European and International Civil Procedure at the University of Brussels (ULB) in the program of the Advanced Master in international business law.

He recently published two benchmark books about rights of appeal : « Pourvoi en cassation en matière civile » (in collaboration with P. Gérard and J.-F. Van Drooghenbroeck) and « Tierce opposition » (in collaboration with C. Marquet) : www.bruylant.be
