Daniel Garabedian is now amongst the 20 Belgian attorneys admitted to the Court of Cassation Bar, joining Liedekerke’s Simone Nudelholc and succeeding the firm’s founding and name partner John Kirkpatrick.

The Court of Cassation is the Belgian supreme court for the ordinary judicial system. The 20 “avocats à la Cour de cassation/advocaten bij het Hof van Cassatie” are the only attorneys admitted to plead on all legal matters before the Court of Cassation.

Vincent Busschaert, Managing Partner, says, “Liedekerke has the privilege of regarding one more of its partners admitted to the Court of Cassation Bar. This is a great honor for Daniel and a true testament to the talent that we have here at Liedekerke. Daniel is a market leader in tax litigation and is truly well-deserving of this recognition.
