Bernard Vanbrabant took part last week in the first virtual Lex Mundi Intellectual Property Practice Group meeting and discussed with other legal experts from across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North the challenges in copyright protection in the age of streaming. Bernard exposed the EU Digital Single Market legislative developments and in particular the changes to potential liability for online content sharing platforms (e.g. You Tube, Facebook...) in case of copyright infringement.
