Unfair terms and practices in B2B relationships How to adapt to the new rules?

Join us onTuesday 24 March 2020for a seminar on unfair terms and practices in B2B relationships.

The Act of 4 April 2019 has laid down important new restrictions to B2B relationships in all economic sectors. It has introduced the notion of “abuse of economic dependency” between undertakings, prohibits a series of “unfair” contract terms, and further widens the scope of disloyal, misleading or aggressive trade practices between undertakings.

Olivier Vanden Berghe,Stefaan Raes,Etienne Kairis, and their team invite you to discover how these developments – some already applicable, others will be in the coming months – will impact the negotiation, drafting, and performance of B2B contracts, as well as the conduct of undertakings in the market.

The seminar will be held both in French and in Dutch.
