Leen Holvoet is part of the Labour and Employment Practice Group. Her main practice lies in individual and collective employment law and international social security law. She is an experienced litigator and regularly assists clients dealing with a transfer of undertaking, collective lay-off and closure of undertaking. She also has a specific expertise in the guidance of social elections.
Leen has published various articles regarding labour and employment law in law journals.
She has a master of law from Ghent University (UGent 2002) and started her traineeship at the Brussels Bar in 2002, with a law firm specialising in labour and employment law.
Leen joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2006 and became Senior Associate in 2009.
