Fleur Vanswijgenhoven is part of the Corporate and Finance Practice Group.

Fleur obtained a Master in Economics, Law and Business Administration (2017) (magna cum laude) and a Master in Law at KU Leuven (2018) (magna cum laude). During her studies, she studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro as part of an Erasmus exchange programme.

Before joining Liedekerke, Fleur worked for three years with an international law firm where she was mainly active in corporate and broader corporate law. Fleur assisted many companies on various corporate governance aspects. Fleur joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2021 where she is currently further developing her passion for corporate law.

Fleur is currently a corporate law student at the Jan Ronse Institute for Corporate and Financial Law. In that context, Fleur teaches corporate law lectures at the University of Hasselt and Leuven. During her career, Fleur has also written a contribution on the administrative body in the Expert Guide to Company Law (2020).
