Liedekerke is a Belgian cooperative company with limited liability whose main registered office is located at 1000 Brussels, 3 boulevard de l’Empereur. Data processing and purpose

Liedekerke is committed to respecting the privacy of visitors to its Internet site, www.liedekerke.com (the "Site").

You may rest assured that when you visit the Site no information will be gathered that could affect your privacy. The only data we may access are data that you voluntarily provide to us: by sending us an e-mail, by filling in the contact form, via the recruitment section, or when you register your data with one of our Site sections (alumni, headlines, memorandum, etc.).

This information will be collected and processed in full compliance with Belgian and European laws and regulations, and in particular with the Belgian Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.

The objectives pursued are:

1. To exchange  information and answer your questions;
2. To get in contact in the context of a selection and recruitment procedure;
3. To keep you up-to-date with Liedekerke events and legal news that may be of interest to you;
4. To present the Site and its content in the best possible way  for you and on your computer;
5. To comply with our legal and regulatory requirements (including the need to prevent and combat money laundering).

By providing your data you authorize Liedekerke to undertake the aforementioned data processing operations.

The time your data is kept

The data is kept for the time required for the pursuance of the above objectives. In the event of a contractual relationship between Liedekerke and you, your data will be kept throughout the relationship and up to five years after the relationship is terminated. You can unsubscribe yourself at any time from services to which you have subscribed.

No transfer of your personal data

Your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties, unless there is a need to meet a legal requirement.

Your rights

You are entitled to consult your data and correct them if need be. You may also freely opt out of the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. Towards this end, please send your written notice dated and signed to info@liedekerke.com, enclosing a copy of your identity card.

Amendment of the Privacy Policy

Liedekerke reserves the right to amend this Confidentiality Policy in order to comply with applicable privacy laws.
