Jacques Malherbe has participated to the biennial Congress of the Latin American Institute for Tax Law (ILADT) in Cartagena de India (Colombia). Together with 3 other experts, Professors Pasquale Pistone (Italy), Heleno Torres (Brazil) and Antonio Figueroa (Argentina), he took part to the presentation of the report on the project for a multilateral Latin American fiscal treaty.
