PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS CHAIR AT THE EUROPEAN TAX COLLEGE (ETC)

Liedekerke is pleased to announce that Tilburg University and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven have appointed one of its partners, Professor Jacques Malherbe, to the third Chair of the PricewaterhouseCoopers International and European Tax Fund.

Professor Malherbe is the third professor to hold this annually rotating chair.

Liedekerke is an active contributor to the European Tax College: tax partner Daniel Garabedian is one of the judges of the ETC European and International Tax Moot Court Competition, sponsored by Liedekerke which will take place in Leuven, Belgium, from February 28, 2010, to March 6, 2010.

Tax partner Henk Verstraete is a visiting professor at the European Tax College, where he teaches ‘Tax Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions’.
