Daniel  Garabedian

Daniel Garabedian specialises in counselling and litigation in tax law, primarily for major corporations. He is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), where he teaches corporate tax law and tax procedure, and is the director of the Faculty's Masters programme in tax law. He is a former visiting professor at the Université de Valenciennes et du Hainaut-Cambresis, where he lectured on double taxation agreements in the international tax diploma course.

He is a former president of the Belgian Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Daniel Garabedian has published numerous articles and given many lectures, in Belgium and abroad, on the subjects of tax and corporate law.

He holds both a law degree (1982) and a special degree in tax law (1983) from the ULB, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor (USA, 1985). He has been an attorney since 1982, an associate of John Kirkpatrick within the firm and a partner at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick since 1990.
