Nathalie Defoin

Nathalie Defoin specialises in tax law and deals mainly with “Knowledge Management” matters in that field.

Nathalie has a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB – 1996) and holds a degree in fiscal sciences from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales (2003). She also holds a Knowledge Management Certificate from the ULB (2009).

She was admitted to the bar in 1997, whereupon she decided to specialise in tax law. She joined Liedekerke in 2001 and worked as an associate to Philippe Malherbe. She then worked for a criminal law firm, again in the field of criminal tax law and business criminal law. Nathalie returned to our firm in June 2007 to work within Daniel Garabedian’s team.
