Paul Geerebaert

Paul Geerebaert heads up Liedekerke’s labour and employment law practice group.

His daily fare consists of questions of the law of individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings and the drafting and negotiation of individual and collective labour agreements. He also advises in matters relating to employment law, whether concrete or complex. He regularly pleads before employment courts throughout the country.

Paul Geerebaert holds a law degree from the University of Ghent (1987) and a degree in economic law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB – 1990). He has been with Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick since 1990 and is a partner since 2001.
