Marjolein Beynsberger
Marjolein Beynsberger specialises in national and international tax law. She also practises company law, particularly in matters relating to reorganisations and transfers of undertakings (negotiation, drafting of contracts, etc.). She also has an interest in finance law (market abuse, shareholder transparency in listed companies, etc.). She does both advisory and litigation work.
Marjolein holds a masters in law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU.L – 2003) and she spent a year at the Université d’Orléans (France) in the frame of the Erasmus exchange programme. After she took a third cycle in tax law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, she joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2004, as an associate of Philippe Malherbe within the departments "Tax law" and "Corporate and Finance law". During her traineeship at the bar, she accomplished a Master in company law at the Katholieke Universiteit Brussel in 2005.
