Leen Holvoet specialises in labour and employment law. Her main practice lies in individual and collective employment law and international social security law. Leen advises clients on various aspects of employment law. In case of disputes, she will try to negotiate an amicable settlement. If needed, she defends clients before the court and courts of appeal. She regularly assists clients dealing with a transfer of undertaking, collective lay-off and closure of undertaking.

Leen graduated from the University of Ghent in 2002 (Master of Laws). She started her traineeship at the Brussels Bar in 2002, at a law firm specialized in employment law. She joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2006.
