Jochen Honnay holds a degree in Germanic philology (KU Leuven, 1993), a postgraduate degree in business economics (VLEKHO, 1994) and a law degree (VU Brussels, 2002)

From 1996 to 2002 he worked as a civil servant in the Flemish Parliament. He then joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick as a trainee and later became an associate in Dirk Lindemans’s team. He focuses primarily on files in the broad field of administrative law, with an emphasis on public contracts and exproprietors law .
