Marc Godfroid

Marc Godfroid specialises in transport law, property law, civil liability and insurance.

He is the author of numerous publications, primarily on transport law, including Précis de droit aérien (Handbook of Air Law, Naveau, Godfroid and Frülling, Bruylant, 2006), and case law reviews. He is the professor of air law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Marc Godfroid holds a law degree from the ULB and has been an attorney since 1972. He joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick as a partner in 1991.
