Jan Vincent Lindemans
Jan Vincent Lindemans specialises in banking, finance and insolvency law. He regularly assists domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions or companies in respect of debt financing and the restructuring of such debts. He is also active in the field of corporate and banking litigation (including bankers’ and directors’ liability, investment services liability, bankruptcy and urgent injunctive relief).
Jan Vincent Lindemans graduated from the KU Leuven (1984) and followed the European Young Lawyers Scheme (1991 – King’s College, London). He has worked as in-house legal counsel at KBC Bank (Kredietbank) (1987-1990).
He joined Liedekerke as a partner in 1999. He is a member of the firm's board of directors.
