Frank Judo

Frank Judo provides consultancy to business and private individuals in their legal relations with government in the broad framework of constitutional and administrative law, including the law applicable to public procurement contracts. His practice encompasses both advisory work and advocacy, before both the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court (the Conseil d’Etat), with a major focus being laid on prevention by means of thoroughgoing consultancy.

Alongside his advocacy practice, Frank has also published numerous articles on a wide range of matters from the division of responsibilities within the federal state, levies on unoccupied property, to town and country planning and beyond. These topics form the subject of regular lectures and seminars he holds. Between 1998 and 2004 he was a lecturer at the Institute for Constitutional Law at the KU Leuven, where he continues to hold a post as a voluntary academic assistant.

Frank graduated with a licentiate in law from the KU Leuven in 1998, where he also studied philosophy, modern history and canon law. He has been associated with the firm since 1998.
