Dirk Lindemans
Dirk Lindemans specialises in public and administrative law, with a focus on environmental and land-use issues and on public procurement. He provides counsel and represents clients in litigation before the Belgian Constitutional Court and the Council of State, as well as the appeal courts and district courts. He is the author of various publications in his area of specialism, and in procedural law.
Dirk Lindemans holds a law degree (1974) from the KU Leuven as well as a degree in administrative law (1975) from the Vrije Universiteit in Brussels. He was a teaching assistant in administrative law at the KU Leuven, and taught postgraduate courses on urban development law at the Higher Institute HIVA of the KU Leuven.
He is a former president of the Dutchspeaking Order of Lawyers within the Brussels Bar (2000-2002) and President of the Disciplinary Council of Lawyers in Brussels. He has been a partner at Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick since 1989.
