Filip De Preter
Filip De Preter focuses primarily on urban development, environmental and administrative law. He advises clients and assists them in proceedings before administration authorities, the Council of State, Civil Courts and the penal judge. He counsels as well real estate promotors as developers, public authorities and individuals.
He is a member of the editorial board of the journal for urban planning and the author of numerous articles and publications in his area of specialisation. He participated on several occasions as speaker in seminars.
Filip has a law degree from KU Leuven (1997) and a post-graduate in law and management of information and communication technologies from the Facultés Universitaires Notre Dame de la Paix de Namur (1998).
He started his careeer within Liedekerke in 1998. He is an associate in Dirk Lindemans’s team.
