Dominique Léonard has assisted John Kirkpatrick in the “Cassation” department of Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick since 1986. She essential takes care of civil, social and criminal matters.

She also handles cases on civil liability, insurance and civil procedure.

She graduated in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 1982. She also holds a professional training certificate from the Cassation bar, which she obtained in 1992. She became a recognised specialist in criminal Cassation appeals by the French Order of Barristers of the Brussels Bar in 2006.
