Hakim Boularbah

Hakim Boularbah specialises in the fields of procedure and arbitration and in international contract law. His practice covers civil and commercial contracts and litigation, especially where they present a cross-border dimension. He is the author of numerous publications on civil procedure, private international law and arbitration law.

Hakim Boularbah holds a law degree (1996) and a doctor of laws (2007) from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, where he is also a professor in Belgian, European and International Civil Procedure. He has been with Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick since 2003 where he became partner on 1st July 2009.
